2 Rooms Available in Climber Friendly Boulder Home

Howdy ya'll. I'm in a bit of a pickle. Two months back I signed a lease with two CU students in South Boulder. I work 50+ hours a week in Longmont and so I wasn't around a lot, and ended up getting blindsided by some bad news from the two roommates. Essentially, they didn't budget appropriately and can't afford their share of the rent. Our ideal situation is that we can sublet their portions of the lease, but they're at the point that they're willing to just default on their rent and forgo their deposit and last month's rent just to save a couple hundred dollars a month. Very foolish of them, but nothing I can do.

The shame is, this is probably the coolest place I've ever lived in the Boulder area. It's two minutes from the Flatirons, 10 minutes from Eldo and 12 Minutes from BO Can. With a HUGE yard, new hardwood floors, great kitchen, BRAND-NEW washer/dryer and STORAGE. Dear lord so much storage. We have an attic, an incredibly clean crawl space with zero mold and a 128 sq ft storage shed that's 100% weather proof and has a secure lock.

Rent is $706/month plus utilities (about $50-$60)
