19.8 acre climbing/adventure property for sale - Yuba River Canyon

Hey Folks, I'm putting this property up for sale. It's 19.8 acres in the South Yuba River Canyon between Washington & Lake Spaulding (close to the Emeralds). Is there a climbing group in the area that would be interested in raising money for this? I think we can find a decent group of people we would be willing to go in on this.

Can you overlay on a G-Map or on G-Earth the property limits?

Beautiful, but $95K for a parcel that you can't build on? I think your market is pretty limited to climbers or conservationists.

Hey folks, I'm working on getting some maps up on GoogleEarth. The property is right around 3800' elevation. I love the crowdfunding idea as it would be a great group property that could be enjoyed by many. Will update soon with more info...thanks, jd
