Zoomed in - Joseffa emerges from the Roof Crux on Semi-Wild. The belay is off to climber's right, but one can continue about 100' up to the 2 adjacent pins on Anthill Direct, just below the first roof on that area of the wall, and belay from those and a cam or two.

Zoomed in - Joseffa emerges from the Roof Crux on Semi-Wild. The belay is off to climber's right, but one can continue about 100' up to the 2 adjacent pins on Anthill Direct, just below the first roof on that area of the wall, and belay from those and a cam or two.
Joseffa following 2 linked pitches (68 meters) of Semi-Wild into Anthill Direct. From the ledge belay, this can be done to the summit in 2 such pitches.
Pulling the roof. There's a thin rest below this point. There are a couple of decent holds above the roof and a bunch of rounded ones. It's not obvious how to safely make the move (and I didn't do it safely!). The gear is below my feet and is 2 big brass nuts. The gear below that is solid.<br> <br> Photo by Chuck Graves.
