Hey all...

If anyone needs their aid gear repaired or refreshed, I can do it for you!
Do you want the broken and frayed wires on your beaks replaced, with new stronger wires? I can do that.
I can swage brand new stronger wires

Want a custom wire draw for your 2:1 haul kit, I can do that.

Do you tie cordlette through your hooks, beaks or cam hooks? Want to ditch the bulky knots? I can do that.

I can sew loops on your beaks, for clipping in and for racking them.
Make racking and finding your gear quick, clean and easy.

I can sew loops on your hooks and cam hooks.

I have an industrial barrack machine.
Juki machines are serious workhorses

I have pull tested all my gear to be sure of strength and quality
The barracked loops have a breaking strength of 2800bs, thats 11.66Kn!!!

And for those who are looking for the ULTIMATE piece of wall gear....
I am the co creator and fabricator of an adjustable fifi know as the Allfriri...
Its the smoothest, easy functioning and intuitive fifi ever available.
Its currently being used by some ElCap crushers and they are loving it...

I also make rivet hangers, single loop and butterfly cinch styles

Cost or services
Hooks and cam hooks/ single sewn loop $4 each
Beaks with clip and racking loops $5 each
New wires or rivet hangers $2 each
Allfrifis are $40 complete with webbing

Feel free to contact me with any interest or questions.

Interested in getting some stuff sewn up. Can you repair portaledges? My A5 has some holes in the bed and need patching. Let me know if can do since I want to keep this ledge going, way better than the new stuff. thanks, -Wade

Damn, that looks like good shit!

I need a wire draw, btw. I'll measure how long I need it. Oh, hey wait. It's up on Freerider right now! Hold that thought!

Sure, I can do that, I'm not to familiar with the assembly of the A5, I'd need the poles removed to be able to get the fabric into the machine.

Thanks Mark!

I'll certainly make the draw for you, even though we'll be using my haul kit on the next wall

I'd like you to test a belay type loop. I'd also like to see where two loops sewn like a PAS break.

Define belay type loop.. A 1" doubled up loop? with how many bartacks? I think the yates belay loop has 6 and is sewn on the edges all the way around. I can bartack to your hearts content, but the machine doesn't do long stitches like a normal sewing machine...

I can make a mock PAS without much trouble

Breaking stuff is fun... I'll have to break out the 3ton come along for these tests, all set up the go pro to capture the carnage

the half inch stuff you use on the hooks and stuff. Don't you have a regular sewing machine?

I do/did last time i had it in the valley, I moved the van a lil bit, with the machine on the kitchette, and wham, it crashed down on the floor and bent the shuffle arm... totally pissed at myself, my grandmas machine smashed up, she would be disappointed in me

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
