CASA’s first Youth Stewardship Day was a huge success! With 79 volunteers, including 49 youth volunteers, we’re overwhelmed by the passion of youth from Tucson, Vail, and Phoenix and their commitment to engaging in conservation. Our enthusiastic volunteers collected 675 gallons of trash at the top of Mt Lemmon. Huge thanks to our generous sponsors and adult volunteers for encouraging the joy of stewardship in younger generations. A perfect way to spend National Public Lands Day!

Thanks to our partners and event sponsors: Access Fund, Tucson Subaru, Rocks and Ropes, The BLOC Climbing + Fitness, The Forest Service - Coronado National Forest, The American Alpine Club, Peter Piper Pizza, and Specialists In Dermatology PLLC.

The group!
