Title says it all. I live in the desert and am starting to get a solid set of c4s going, and I'm starting to think about the in between sizes.

I find friends to be a great supplement to c4 in the desert. From 4 friend down to 2 friend.

The original totem cams

pretty much any single axle cam other than aliens and totems. I'd look at Metolius cams, friends, and DMM demons and see what you like best. that being said, I've only heard of gaps between the #2 and #3

Metolius Mastercams fit right in between the C4 sizes. The new ultralights are really nice and are priced well. They have a smaller range but are light enough that adding in an extra cam to cover it doesn't make the set heavier than C4s.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
