I can't stop farting on hard crux moves. I feel at times it helps because it gives me an extra little burst but other times I fear I may shart myself, so I waste my core strength attempting to hold in. |

do you chew sugar free gum...? I went from gassy to classy on crux moves just by switching to fucking juicy fruit. this statement has not been approved by the food and drug administration. But really one time I cleared a crag out, I felt so bad:( |
