That's a bummer - Have you reached out to the park / rangers? Unfortunately, given access sensitivity in the flat irons anything short of an accident isn't cause to leave draws on the wall. I feel like this happens every summer.
Someone messaged me saying they were with a group of climbers who had decided it would be a good idea to take them down and hide them near the route. He had left before they were actually cleaned so can't be sure what actually happened.
OSMP has made it very clear that climberrs should not leave quickdraws on routes. Leaving draws could threaten our access to climbing in the flatirons...
please don't leave gear.
I saw your draws on the shaft. I believe they were cleaned by someone I know. I think he stashed them up there somewhere, I'll ask and PM you with directions to the stash.
Holy Shit Dude! Are you saying someone actually took these off this climb? I literally can't believe anyone would do that. Has anyone else heard of this BS going down? Oh the humanity....
