What kind of weather is likely in: 1)Boulder, 2) Eldo Canyon and 3) Estes Park in the timeframe of Mid-Nov, say the 15th to the 20th. Would we be talking temps in the 30's, 40's 50's? and snow possible at base of Lumpy Ridge?

Yes, yes, and yes.
November can be super volatile around the Front Range. Could be perfect cragging temps in the sun at Eldo or Lumpy, could be snowy and windy. Suffice to say you'll find something to do if you bring ice gear as well...

Chilly nights and sunny days,,,,Even if there's a snow dump, things can dry out quickly. Of course the days are short

Lots of other Front Range stuff as well.

Bring enough gear for any kind of weather!!!

A few years back down in southern colorado (wolf creek) we rode a 50 inch dump on October 9th. You just never know.

Sounds just like New England in Nov !

I'd put the South Platte on your radar that time of year.

We are entering a La Niña weather pattern, average snow and warmer than normal temps. FWIW

Far from it. The skies will not be gray and it will not be frequent rain and drizzle
Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
