Not a lot if trad, granite is Selkirk which cooled slow and fewer cracks. Best multipitch would be Montana imo, cabinets and bitterroot.

Look here on mp in northern Idaho for Boundary County, there is Myrtle 2 Dome climbing multipitch that looks great.

Sawtooths in Idaho as well.

Most of the multipitch is going to be more remote hike in type climbing.

Check Banks lake for some multipitch granite.

Harrison peak and chimney rock would fit the bill. both in the idaho selkirks.

I agree with the above comments. Once you get your trad chops, start making trips to Washington Pass and Leavenworth!
