I'd say more important than the name is what are you going to offer that no one else does? There isint exactly a shortage of retailers online that sell gear. You're in it against several dozen other retailers, many of which have more purchasing power than you probably will. How are you going to compete? Why should someone buy from you vs Backcountry, Amazon, eBay, MGear or any of the other well-established names? Also, selling used climbing gear on a commercial front for profit sounds like a lot of liability. One person gets injured from a piece of failed gear and they might try to put it on you.
