Description Suggest change

A fun bolted climb with featured rock on the first half. Shares the anchor with the other two routes in the area.

This is the first pitch to a 4 pitch line but as of now the upper pitches are loose, dirty, and have very poor anchors. The first pitch is good to go!

Note: 70m rope is needed. Tie a knot at the end and lower/belay from way up left.

If you lead this climb from its base you will NOT be able to lower off the anchors back to the base ( even with a 70m) and I think it doubtful you could even lower the leader back to the Half Blind / Whine base ledge. [ It would depend on how straight the line was thru the bolts, AND how long your “ 70m “ really is, e.g. 72, 73 m ) You can rap from the anchor back to the Half Blind / Whine ledge with a 70m but not a 60m.

Location Suggest change

The right-most route of the three on this section.

It begins about 30 +/- feet down and right of the starting ledge of "Whine" and "Half Blind". Hiking up from the car, or over from Madagan area,  to this section of cliff, it's the first climb you come to.

Bolts

A finger-sized nut or TCU, a small ( 0.3 - 0.4 ? ) Camelot and the red ( #1 ) tricam can also find a spot on this climb between the bolts. R Hall 6/21/22
