Conditions on Mt Baker north ridge labor day weekend (Sept2-4)

I want to come out to climb mt baker north ridge over labor day weekend. I know some guide companies still do trips into the first part of September, but I couldnt find any specifics or trip reports on the snow ice/crevasse conditions that late in the season. Could anyone whos climbed it late or know someone who has give me a bit of info? Thanks!

Cascadeclimbers.com is your best source of info. That said, by September the cracks will be the biggest issue. We did it at the end of June and they were present but easy enough to get around on the approach.
