Hi!! Coming to Bishop on Monday September 19th. Need help with a shuttle set up to do the Thunderbolt-Sill traverse. I know I can do it as a loop from Glacier or Bishop Pass but I like the idea of a shuttle so I can see more of the Sierra's terrain. I will rent another car and need help driving to set up the shuttle. Need to meet you on September 19th sometime between Noon and 4pm in Bishop. We drive and drop off my truck at Glacier Lodge. I will do the traverse on Tuesday the 20th. I'll drive my truck to Bishop and pick you up (5-9pm on Tuesday) to go get rental car from Bishop Pass and return car to Bishop. Will pay $100 and 12-pack of your favorite beer!! Please be reliable, as I am. Sure don't want to be "flaked" on!! Cheers!!

Thanks Frank!! Will definitely use this as a backup plan. Still would like to meet a cool local climber and help them out.

Unless you make a reservation and pay a deposit, he may well be booked when you want him. You may be OK in mid-September, but if you want certainty...

Bump!! Have called and emailed Frank's suggestion over 2 weeks ago. No reply? Messaged Kevin? Willing to pay. Let me know what you want.

You called and e-mailed the East Side Sierra Shuttle over two weeks ago with no reply? Not a good way for them to conduct business. I e-mailed him two or three weeks ago about one of his DVDs and haven't received a response, either.

I used his service last year and he was reliable. I booked a few months in advance, but not communicating with potential customers is bad for business.

Hope it works out for you.
