Looking for a place to live/rent Denver

MP people of Denver, I'm high school teacher in my mid 30's, looking for a reasonably priced place to live in Denver. I have an impeccable rental record and have worked for the same school district for 6 years. My landlord lost his house in a separation/divorce deal and his wife moved into the house I was renting.
