Also is anyone battling from AC Joint seperation?

There have been many good post here, with plenty of good advice. For me it kind of throws up a red flag that you are experiencing symptoms on both elbow on both sides. Two other considerations you might want to think about is having your cervical spine checked out as it can refer pain to those areas as well as possibly looking into a systemic inflammation. This is especially true if your original symptoms came on for everything all at once and are of the same intensity. I wish you the best!
