Not actually a debate I care about, but I saw this bumper sticker in Lander, and I really need to get my car keyed by people from out east, so where can I find one of these?

It was my vehicle with the sticker. I made them last year and gave some out as Xmas presents to my climber friends. PM me your address and I will send you one.

I climbed a lot at the Gunks, still never placed a tricam there.

They're really not that hard to place...never got the tricam hate, lol. There have definitely been moments where a tricam has saved my ass...still want that bumper sticker though, lol.

I feel like you need one for hexes too even though I use them as well as tricams.

I want one that says "no one cares you are a telemark skier"

I would gladly pay you for a few...damn I hate tri cams.

Tried to use them a couple of times and literally threw them away.

Haha.. Didn't you just flame Grog for hating passive pro? Shouldn't this thread fucking piss you off?

Edit: The words above are a question to John. The words below are just an obversation from listening to others here and at the crag. Sorry for the confusion.

I find the tricam debate funny but this makes me put my head in my hands:

Noob: I love tricams

Hardman: tricams are lame

Noob: I use tricams all the time.

Hardman: If you climbed harder grades you won't

I don't consider tri cams to be pro..they are simply a waste of metal. I don't climb hard anymore.

No Bill..I love passive pro...and active pro and bolts ..I just think it's silly to commit to one type only.

A socket set and a few adjustable wrenches will get you a long way... but sometime it's nice to have some vise grips.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
