Favor from climber in Mammoth?

My hubby and I are going into the backcountry for a few days this weekend. However, we have an ice chest, camp crate, and stove that we can't leave I our car while it is parked. We are hoping someone would be willing to let us store it in a garage or house while we are on the trail. We live in Jtree and promise we can return the favor in the winter. can't help you out, but in case you haven't thought of it, consider finding a bear box at a trailhead. I think they have them at the FS office in town too.
