Northeastern cragging destinations which come to mind as having great views even if you're just standing at the base belaying: Avalanche Pass (Adks) Panther Gorge (Adks) Courthouse Cliff (Adks) Noonmark Mt. (Adks) Owls Head Mt. (Adks) Rogers Rock (Adks) Snowy Mt. (Adks) Cannon Cliff (NH) Huntington Ravine (NH) Square Ledge (NH) Artist Bluff (NH) Mt. Willard (NH) (Someone want to chime in with some VT areas?) It goes without saying that some of these are a long way from the road and require substantial hiking to get to.
