SAR rescue at J Tree over weekend?

My friends and I were chatting with SAR at Joshua Tree this weekend, and they'd mentioned a rescue that involved a leader taking a pretty bad fall from the top of a climb. We didn't get any information on route or crag where the incident took place, but were told he'd been moving his original anchor to a new location (closer to the edge of the climb) and ended up falling as he wasn't anchored. Anyone have any more information on the incident?

Thanks.

I heard it was someone moving their anchor
