First climb of the year outside for a friend and me at Hobbit Caves. We're both a little rusty and left an orange and black quick draw on Samsquanch on the third bolt. If you're there and can get it back to me I'd appreciate it. Thanks!
Next time you might want to leave a bail biner instead of sacrificing a whole draw. Or stick clip your way to the top, here's how: You can go in direct and drop a loop of rope for your partner to send the stick up, or better yet, lower off to get it and climb/batman back up to your high point. If lacking a proper stick clip just grab a fallen branch from the woods long enough to reach the next bolt, tape the bolt-end of a draw to the end of the stick with the gate open (always have tape in your pack). Bring this back up to your high point, go in direct to the bolt, clip the rope to the draw and use the stick to reach the next bolt. Haul yourself up and climb from here or stick clip your way to the anchors. Not as fun as freeing the route but an acceptable way of getting to the top!

...or maybe "Free" quick draw at Hobbit Caves, Logan UT.
