Hey there!

I will do a roadtrip through Europe from April until August 2016. First Spain and Portugal then France and Italy. Later on probably Switzerland and Austria.
I don't want to determine the route now to be more flexible. At the moment I'd really like to visit Sagres, Siurana, Chorro, Verdon, Céüse, Chamonix, Wenden, Rawyl, Bergell, Dolomites.
Suggestions are welcome!
The plan is to focus on sportclimbing but also do some bouldering and DWS. At the latest when hitting the Alps I also want to finish some bigger alpine projects...
Will have my complete rack with me: quickdraws, ropes, cams, crampons, crashpad,...

But more important I just want to have a great time, meet awesome people, see stunning places, sleep under the stars, embrace nature, go where the flow takes me, live, love, enjoy....
Hence I'm looking for motivated and easygoing climbingpartners who want to join for a weekend, a week or the entire time!

A few facts about me:
23 years old, studying in Switzerland, 10 years of climbing experience

So hope to hear from you!

Best

Your plan sounds great. I'll love to join you part of your trip or even all of it!
I'm 31 years old and I have 13 years of climbing experience.
I'm currently working in Mexico but I'm planning to quit and start a long rock climbing trip. I think it will be great if I could start my trip with you.
I also have all the gear for sport and trad climbing.
Tell me what do you think.
Cheers!

Samuel.

I will also be in Europe to climb this summer. I can climb around 5.12 sport. I would love to meet up with you!

Thanks for the replies. :)
So if you want to meet up I will be in Siurana/Margalef in late April.
I will drive to there starting in Zürich (Switzerland) sometime in the beginning of April. Can also pick you up on the way. Only thing is I want to do one or two weeks of spanish-course in Barcelona before. Meaning that I will not have that much time for climbing in the beginning. But after that I'm totally free.

Let me know what you think!

Cinque torre group

A cool area in the Dolomites with some great routes a few minutes walk from a simple refugio.

Sounds like am awesome trip! Here are a couple tips:

- The verdon gets hot quick, so try and go before mid May.
- Wendenstocke is incredible! Expect big days (start early). Wenden will be good to go mid June - Fall. I seriously cannot say enough about that place. Big, engaging routes, on perfect limestone.
- Another spot in Switzerland well worth checking out is the Titlis Wall . Save the titlis for the Hottest day as it is entirely North Facing. Pretty wild to climb a 600+ ft wall that overhangs by 60m!
- For summer cragging in switzerland, check out Gastlosen.
- If you are looking for big routes and adventure Switzerland is incredible, but if you are looking for cragging, only a few spots are worth checking out.

Have a blast!

Hello Baschu,
It would be really cool to climb with you for 2 or 3 months. I can fly to Spain in early May and catch up with you in Margalef if that's OK with you.

Hey there (and everyone!)
Ill be in Brussels from mid-June for a couple weeks and then traveling around, probably to Netherlands and then Germany. Looking for some climbing possibly. I probably won't have much gear with me, depending on partner availability.

Let me know if anyone is going to be in the area!

Hey Baschu and all!

I can be in Spain mid June, down to boulder, dws and sport climbg everything. Pretty open schedule. I am bringing minimal gear since I am traveling beforehand and on budget.

I am 28, from Bay Area (California), been climbing for some 5 years now.

I am in the Sella/Chulilla area for the next 20 days. I have rope and a van, so if anyone wants to team up let me know

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
