Aleks

A thought occurred to me. With the advent of "Go Fund Me" type sites, have you considered creating a posthumous monument to the great Sven Lavransen?

I did not know him personally, but envision he might be be celebrated by a facility which would allow others to fully learn the "Four Plan" method. Certainly a punji bit would be necessary, as would a location near an extremely cold stream to optimize cross training with boulders, laying at least half-naked in, fish-smashing, etc.

A hybrid campus/hangboard device? Possible log throwing? Definitely a large tree or pole to practice wang-slapping on!

Perhaps a food truck providing a never ending stream of fish heads (emulsified or whole - user preference, as both are extremely high in nutrients) and grilling cheese steaks.

There could also be a place to measure your rippling neck meat, pec size, and a puppy biting booth.

I am sure I am missing something - what are your thoughts? On second thought, MYAHHH?

climbing friend,

this indeed sounds amazing. perhaps you have 5 million dollar? or wealthy uncle phillip for investor? May I humbly suggest you also have firehose to spray your athlete as they boulder with cold water to toughen their mental, as well as frozen fish of considerable size readily available to slap them with teaching them to toughen themselv up and avoid distraction on the climbing rocks.

I have a question most serious. are you thinking that any non climbing specific training (running, exercising your meat not used for pulling, etc.) is counter productive and not ideal? I am hearing of the bro science about how it may decrease the amount of climbing specific training you may do and recover from.

I am sure the excessive non climbing training it yes is counterproductive. However it seems quite silly to be afraid of a 30 minute run or working your nonclimbing meat for 30 minutes with some bodyweight exercises such uneven pushups or pushups of one hand, pistol squat of one leg, crushing one arm pullup, etc. This way all of your meat will look better and more defined, and you may impress others even more when bouldering at the local meat cave. Also the body is a total system yes, not only your crushing pulling meat?

What do you think would be better?

Also, may someone please conduct controlled fingerboard trial of single max hangs vs. repeaters to test which is better for maximum, deadly crushing strength? over the short term and the long term.

I have allowed my sexual frustration levels to peak, and therefore obtain necessary motivations for fingerboard training and utilizing spreadsheets, however. I develop my crushing strength mostly with the crushing boulders and the single hangs, however, maybe it is true you will limit out with the neural adaptations and you must flog your meat with repeaters also to attempt make meat grow with a little hypertrophy?

or perhaps your crushing single max deadly hang will, consistently with dedication of monk over time, allow your strength to develop to unbelievable levels not seen yet before on this earth, where you so strong that you go to pet the puppy and accidentally its head it is exploding?

climbing friend,

I would like also a fish-board, where you will yes do angry campusing up on wooden strips, and at the top of the board, you take ferocious bite off of fishes head, or sometimes your trainer at the top they slap you on the face with the fish, also in order to toughen you up and keep you on above your toes, so you never know what is coming

Sound advice climbing friend!

There are risks to overuse of many muscles.
Take neck meat overuse:
