Devil's Head/Rampart Range Road Access Status?

Does anybody know if Rampart Range Road is open to cars yet, or if it's possible get up to Devil's Head? I haven't had a chance to drive out there to check and I'm mostly wondering because I have some friends visiting from out of town next week and I wanted to take them up to the fire tower lookout if it's possible to make it out there.

I know they normally keep the gate to Devil's Head CG and TH closed a bit longer than the road, and RRR normally opens up in May, but with all the warm weather and relative lack of snow thought it was possible they might have opened it up early.
