Looking for information on a pair of boots

These boots were given to me after a buddy cleaned out his fathers garage he did not need them and stated they were over 10 years old, although they look fresh out of the box, could not really dig up any information on them and he stated he couldn't remember where they came from they are a size 10 and have no liners but have not been used and have the overboot built into them.

I believe they are called ONE Sport, any information and a possible value would be appreciated, Thanks!
