Zooming in you can see it's just two people walking their dogs. Not sure about the Sheriff though.

Looks like the store is cleaned out. Everything loaded in the rental truck in a pile and hauled away.

Here is an article that appeared in the local paper yesterday.

The LEO's were for the store. The dogs were just out for a walk with their owners, not a K9 unit. :-)

Article says the landlord has started the eviction process, so I wonder if the LEO were there to serve the notice?

Summit County is such a small community I'm surprised they could get away with their BS as long as they did. If they had just stuck to scamming people over the webz it probably could have gone on a lot longer. Threatening lawsuits against, and not paying the youth ski club and not paying your landlord is no way to fly under the radar.

Sleeves like this seem to have a biological need to screw over everyone they meet. Happy to see the eviction taking place.

Store in Frisco is now closed. Empty shelves throughout the store.

" David Butler · Owner Operator at Mountain Landscape Construction
I was hired by a party that won a $60,000 judgement against them, five years ago. We went in to the Frisco store on 3-15-2016 and with the help of the Summit Sheriff's office cleaned them out of everything in their store. What a great feeling to have helped put some of the money back in its rightful pockets. They are true scum that deserve to rot in prison."

Damn, a sheriff's order to enforce a judgement is a big deal. It does not happen all that much but when it does things happen like the picture. For those who do not know how it works. 123 lost in court and were ordered to pay. They did not pay so the plaintiff went back to court and got second order that allows them to seize assets to pay the debt - a sheriff's order. The plaintiff can now sell the items to recover the debt. Any amount over the debt must be returned to 123.

BTW I stopped by yesterday evening to see what the shop looked like

papered windows

You could barely see inside. A total mess. Not much of value left inside

I would really hate to see them make money off of someone else's work. Where will the auctioning take place?

RockinOut · · NY, NY · Joined May 2010 · Points: 100

Can someone buy the entire lot for $30k from the dev and then the winner of the auction can do what he or she wants with that gear?

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
