There are 1,500 routes at Smith... Morning Glory Wall has been a gong show every time I've been there but take a little stroll and I've always found something good free--especially if you're packing a rack.

Playing hooky in CCC. Bolted moderate multipitxh close to Denver means there is always a line on nice days.

The thread is about most traffic on a single climb, not how to avoid crowds. I never wait in line at Smith.

Another vote for 5 gallon buckets, it immediately came to mind when I saw the thread title. No multipitch on earth can compete and smith is truly a year round area, therefore trumping many others (doubting supercrack sees too many ascents in July or January) I watched a well known pro run up Buckets in tennies on January 2nd, and I can guarantee it gets gangbanged on weekends all summer long.

Ryan, I suggest you bend this mantra for once and see if you can weasel a go on 5 gallon. I think you would do well on it.
