The Joshua Tree National Park Superintendent's Compendium states that:
1. Vegetation is not allowed to be used as an anchor.
2. Only neutral or rock colored bolt hangers are allowed.

Description
You've gotta like wide stuff to enjoy this one. The wide section up top is crux of route. It makes a difference if you choose right-side or left-side in.
