Rumney ice conditions?
|
Anyone know how the ice at Rumney these days? |
|
According to friends, the parking lot area was not climbable last weekend. Things were falling off left and right. But it should get much better this week. |
|
Ron, thanks. |

40 and sunny on Sunday! Time to climb rocks! Also it's been rainy and warm up here the last couple of days. Probably not the best for climbing ice. |

It was super cold over the weekend, but Tuesday was warm and rainy. Wednesday was pretty warm too. I just want to climb rocks man! |

Well.......2/20..... Newfound Lake was a slush fest, but the ice was fat. |

Anyone know conditions for Rumney? |

almost any area that you go to that has a decent water sorce has good ice to climb now. keep track of the daily high and low temps at ALL the places that you might want to climb at. Keep track of sunny or cloudy. know what faces south and west. |
