US / Canada road trip 2016

Hi. I'm an Australian lucky enough to be able to take an extended climbing road trip during Spring-Summer-Fall of 2016. The plan is to buy a van and I'm interested in climbing Utah, Nevada, California, Canada, Wyoming, Colorado, maybe Arizona, if money goes well. Thought I'd start looking for climbing partners or advice on finding them. Advice on buying a van would also be great. I've heard it's more viable for an Aussie tourist to buy and insure a vehicle in Canada rather than the US. I'm leading 5:10 trad (maybe 5:11 in my style!) and 5:11s sport. Climb most styles and have been climbing for 18 years. I will also do some online work from time to time. Get in touch with any comments or advice. Thanks heaps, Nicole

I will be in British Columbia on holiday visa in the Okanangan Valley starting March 2016-September 2016. Lots of great climbing there on the Red Tail bluffs and loads of great climbing in Squamish! I'd be keen on climbing together if you're up in that neck of the woods!

Hey I'm trying to line up climbing partners across the US.

I'm organizing another cross country road trip and would like to know if you're interested in doing some climbing together? I'll be solo most likely so it'd be nice to have a good partner lined up.

After the cross country warm up i plan to hop around different countries and tick off some quality routes.

Hi guys, i'm also looking at doing a US/Canada road trip in the late spring throughout summer, will chip in for gas, maybe join in part of the way, etc.

Am totally new to climbing in the US, been climbing mainly in SE Asia and sport climbs 5.10/11s. Drop a note if I can join in partway!

I also want to go for a climbing trip in the U.S. during mid April to mid June. I would be great to share the ride! I can chip in for food and expenses and also bring some more gear if needed.

I am from Germany and climb since more than 25 years. I have only little experience in the U.S and with trad climbing, but did a lot sports and multi pitch climbing in the Alps, France and Italy. I am a safe belayer and resonsible climber.

Plesae let me know, if anyone of you got on the road meanwhile and would like to team up between April and June.

I'm currently in Portland Oregon and looking for solid partners. I lead trad 10s and sport hard 11s. Psyched for long term travelers, I've got gear and a car! hit me up. I'd like to be in Squamish, but I'll go where ever.

If anyone would like to make it as far north as Alaska, hit me up. I fish out of Petersburg (southeastern islands and inside passage, can take ferry from WA and Canada) from June through August. I'll happily feed you fresh salmon, halibut and take you on the water in exchange for being my partner on the east ridge of Devil's Thumb.

Hey guys I'm from Chicago and will be taking off in early august on a road-trip going northwest.
Plan is to drive through WI, MN, SD, MT, WA, up to Squamish, and then in September down to OR, CA, AZ, UT, CO on the way back to Chicago. Looking to spend roughly 8 weeks and climb whenever's possible, nothing's preventing me from staying longer either.

I'm 6'5, 195, trad climb easier 5.10, sport climb harder 11s. Have a couple of ropes and a full rack.

Would love to set tentative dates with some of you.
