You might want to list your climbing or educational/training credentials somewhere.

And you might want to list primary points of your philosophy of training.

I don't get a sense of "who you are" or how you came to develop the syllabus (that I admittedly am not yet interested in viewing).

Maybe "everyone" knows you and what you do and who you are, but in the wide world of the internet, good selling requires words.

Yeah, I looked at the website to see if there was any reference to experience, training, AMGA certs, etc. and came up empty-handed.

Hey All,

Thanks for the feedback! I completely agree with you and will be adding more into the "about me" section to clarify my background in teaching to diverse populations and ages, differentiation, climbing history and achievements, my education degree, and my mentorship with Arno Ilgner who helped guide me to creating the workshop that was developed through interviews of very experienced climbers.

ps...a climbing team is new thing in climbing gyms these days...youth climbing teams are teams that compete in regional, local, and national competitions.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
