Help a newer climber get into trad/climbing partner for Sat. 12/12?

Hey friends. This weekend is supposed to be gorgeous, so I wanted to get out and climb but really don't have any climbing partners near where I'm living now.

I've been wanting to get into trad for a while now. I have been reading up and feel ready to put it all to practice, but I don't have a more experienced friend to help me take that step.

I have been climbing sport since the beginning of the summer have led some multi-pitch routes, and have followed trad. I currently climb moderate routes. I'm a very quick learner and have an engineering background, so I have a good mind for technical details.

Also, I do have a set of nuts and camalots 0.5-3 to contribute. I recognize it is a little backwards to have gear before actually leading trad, but I wanted to have something to bring to the table when the time came.

That being said, I would love to get onto a solid easy trad route somewhere in NC! Multi-putch would be rad, but anything works. I would be willing to buy beer for anyone that is willing to help me out!

Otherwise, if anyone else just wants to get out and do some sport climbing, then pm me.

Preferably within a 2 hour drive of Statesville, NC

Any interest in climbing Stone mountain sometime between 12/16/15 and 1/2/16 with me?

Have gear and happy to lead or follow! I'd love to do the huge 5.8 and the classic 5.5 great arch!

I'm also happy to teach you how things work I'm a part time climbing instructor.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
