2015 Rumble at Rumbling Bald

The Carolina Climbers Coalition is proud to announce the 2015 Rumble - the Rumbling Bald Bouldering comp presented by Blue Water Ropes. Building on the success of the Triple Crown stop at RB last year, we're aiming to keep that spirit alive and make it even better. Proceeds directly benefit the CCC's land acquisition and stewardship work, good times benefit you. Registration is open now. Save $10 by registering early (also helps us with planning and logistics, so we appreciate it!).

I wish I could make it, looks like a great time!

The weather is going to be great, the boulders are going to feel perfect, the comp is going to be tons of fun, the t shirt and guidebook are worth the cost of the comp alone, and the Wicked Weed brews and festivities afterwards are going to be awesome! If you're on the fence about coming, jump off and come on out to an incredible weekend!

Also, don't forget the parking lot will be closed and the only way to get to the Bald on Saturday will be via the comp shuttle from the Community Center...that's for ANY boulderers AND rope climbers!!!

Walk up registration spaces are still available. Like Brad Said, it's going to be a great time and you could not ask for better December weather! Come join the fun! Registration 5-8 Friday night and 7-8 Saturday morning at the lake lure community center / town hall. Just down from the bridge over the river. Free camping there as well with your registration!
