I'm planning a Red Rock trip this spring and am wondering what the recommended sport (ie how many draws) and trad racks are for the area? Thanks!

Depends on the route:

Lots of patience and slings if youre doing the "classics" ie the top 10 on MP.
Double set of cams (BD .5-3)
Double set of the smaller cams
Bring a 4
Double set of nuts
Set of Micro nuts

Pick and pull what you need, leave the kitchen sink in the car. That will get you up most of the routes in RR.

I also recommend the guide book (best in the market).

Well paint me green and call me a cucumber. I didn't even notice that the rack was also explained there. That's what I get for only reading the first few words of the topic. Sorry about that. That said, it didn't quite answer my question, which I will edit here:

I've been fine with 10 at the Red, but I understand that I may need more at Red Rock. Thanks!

As many as you need for the climbs you want to do?

Won't you have some alpine draws and quickdraws with you already? Use those? If you need more make them from slings?

Most of the sport routes at Red Rock tend to be on the shorter side, so 10 draws will get you up a lot of routes. There are some routes that you would need more for, but not many that I can think of.

24 for all the pitch linking.

All this trouble over a rack of draws? C'mon.

Seriously though, just look at the routes on the database you'd like to do. Extrapolate from there. Science.
