Ski/Climbing Partners Around CB?

I'm moving down to Crested Butte from Bellingham, WA at the start of December and will be working at the resort Friday-Monday, with T, W and Th off. I'm just looking for people to get out with so I don't waste much time trying to find solid backcountry partners. I'm a decent skier and I like to pack in as much vert as I can. Also, if you want to get out to some of the sunny south facing rock within 2-3 hours drive, let me know about that too!

I'm moving to Monarch working at that mountain, around the same time. I'm more of a beginner barely intermediate skier myself, but do have my own equipment. So may not be as helpful with skiing but I'm also looking for climbing partners. What are you climbing now/want to climb in the future? Don't know how into hiking you are, but my grandmother (who I'll temporarily be staying with) does long hikes every week as well.
