I know it's getting a bit cold for some of the crags near Tahoe, but how are the bouldering areas right now? Still good? Maybe some of the lower areas along the I-80 corridor?

Might be able to go to the Firestones or The Stress Management Boulders. Or you can boulder in the Bear Cave at the Emeralds. Otherwise you'll probably have to head down by the river in Auburn or Colfax.

fwiw I was up at Indian Springs on Sunday and it was perfect. I didn't do any bouldering, but the route climbing was nice and warm and there was nobody else there. I imagine some of the bouldering in the area would have ben really nice too. After today, who knows.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
