Nose practice climbs

I'm looking to do some long free / mixed aid climbs in the Valley to get in shape for the nose-in-a-day. Looking to do some of the following climbs to practice moving fast: Freeblast, South Face Washington Column, Skull Queen ... Let me know if this sounds interesting. My schedule is open for the rest of October.

Vit, I cannot team up with you, but I strongly recommend a practice run up to eagle ledge. I did an eagle ledge run in 6 hours, then did NIAD in 13 hours, 40 minutes. I trained with full day, high exertion alpine events. If you plan to short fix, the single most important thing to train is jumaring faster! It makes the PDL situation safer for the leader as he can be put on belay earlier. Be able to jug steep terrain quickly as well. Oh and being comfortable running it out will shave hours off your time

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
