Hello. I don’t have an specific date, probably late November, sure for December...

I'll be around the area the second half of November.

All right, good chance I'll still be there by that time! I'll make sure to keep you posted!

Hey I'll be there from mid november to mid december and need a partner. Let me know! Btw, what's the best way to travel from Monterrey? I'm flying in and trying to decide between the bus or taxi.

Genevive - where are you staying? Usually they will arrange transport for you to avoid dealing with bus or local taxi. I always stay at la posada and have them arrange transport to/from the airport and never had an issue. Have fun!

We are also staying at la posada, so that's perfect. Thanks for the help!

If you or anyone else has tips on anything else please let me know! It's my first time there and traveling out of the country so I'm just going with the flow of things. Also, should I bring more cash and plan not to use my credit card or bring less and use the ATM there?

Well usually you can always get cash at an ATM . I recommend bringing your credit card but not using it, because they usually charge an additional fee on whenever you buy. At least that's what it's like for me from Canada.
As far as climbing goes totally down to climb! When you figure out the day that you are going to get there let me know and I'll let you know what my game plan is. I'm still not exactly sure how long I will be there. It's all weather and partner depending :-)

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
