The Joshua Tree National Park Superintendent's Compendium states that:
1. Vegetation is not allowed to be used as an anchor.
2. Only neutral or rock colored bolt hangers are allowed.

Description
Start to the right of Cerebral Dysfunction and left of the descent route for the Mary Worth Buttress. Climb up a face to reach a large, left facing flake. From the top of the flake, go up the slab to the top.
