Krukonogi for Nomic

I am very curious about the Krukonogi picks for the nomics. I have dry tooled on the PN1. It was awesome. Reading through the forums most people say that the heads are too big for any real ice. However, Krukonogi recently released an ice specific line, the PN0.

For those of you that are climbing on the nomic versions what are your thoughts across the various models? The Krukonogi site is vague on the angle and performance of each head.

I am looking to get 2 sets:
1 - regular ice climbing - running laps from Bozeman to Ouray.
2- mixed climbing - scratching on rock but, still capable to swing at ice.

Any reviews pictures and input are welcome. Thanks - Chad.

Thanks... Any input on the varying products? What is the difference between the PN1 and the PN1(A)?

If i'm climbing mixed routes or easier ice I just stick with stock Petzl picks. I do reshap the tip for drytooling though, introducing a nice hook to the nose that works far better for drytooling. It still works fine for ice too.

If buying the Nomic mix pick then make sure to file off that stupid point where the pick meets the tool. It creates a pivot point which can screw you over in some steam pull situations.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
