I've learned the easiest way to get info is to go directly to forums. I might be in the wing one though. I'm looking for a bouldering/ climbing gym in Connecticut that's less than 20 minutes away from the New London/ Groton area. Any information is appreciated thank you.

The "wing" one? Is this a result of auto-correct and failure to proofread? :)
Andrew totally random but I'm going to be moving to the area in Septemberish and have been looking for a partner to tackle Chatfield Hollow(30+ mins away) if you're down
Yes lack of proof reading. Google got me to the closest 1 hour away gym. I've heard rumors of one nearer, I just don't remember the town. Bmags I'm interested. I lack outdoor equipment though. I've got shoes, harness, and that's pretty much it. I haven't been in a gym since 2012 when I was stationed in Virginia Beach, VA.
If you have a bouldering pad there is a ton of great stuff right in your area. Groton, Mystic, Ledyard, and New London have tons of boulders. Otherwise the closest gym is going to be 50 min away and the closest outdoor crags are about 30. I'm sure if you post something you will be able to find someone to get outside with no problem!
There is also supposedly a climbing wall at Connecticut College but it is apparently top secret as a google images search only turns up one possible image :)
Also appears there might be something at the Coast Guard Academy -
