Hello Indian Creek Climbing Community,

We are looking for volunteers interested in assisting with planting efforts near Supercrack Buttress June 6th starting at 8am. I am with Northern Arizona University, and we will be planting a 4,000 plant cottonwood experimental restoration garden on Indian Creek within the Dugout Ranch/Nature Conservancy property, about 5 miles from Supercrack parking lot. We are looking for anyone who wants to help out for an hour, 4 hours, 5 plants or hundreds; whatever your heart desires. We will provide coffee and a hot breakfast item (we are deciding between pancakes or french toast) at the work site but will have someone stationed at Supercrack Buttress from 8am to 9am to direct anyone interested to the worksite.
Feel free to contact me at nicholas.kainrath@nau.edu with any comments or questions.

A RSVP would be highly appreciated.

Cheers, happy climbing, and hope to see you out there!!!

Nick

We are now just meeting at Dugout Ranch for pancakes starting at 7am. From there we will either shuttle people over to the worksite or have some drive their personal vehicles (limited parking at worksite). There will be a BBQ in the afternoon as well. Hope to see some of the climbing community out there. Let's create some shade for future generations.

Cheers,

Nick
