Hello, I am going to be spending the summer out in breck. I was wondering if there are any good guidebooks for the summit county area. I will head out there only knowing how to TR, but I plan on learning lead while I am there. Is there a good amount of TR routes in the area? I wont have a car, so I am going to rely on public transit to drop me off in Frisco, Keystone, Silverthorne, etc. and then I will bike to the crags.

Thanks!

There is a guide book titled 'Summit climbing Guide'. It's a 3rd or maybe even 4th edition now compiled by a local couple. Any of the outdoor shops in Breckenridge, Dillon or Frisco will have a copy.

This site (mountain project) has several areas listed as well. Check out the Breckenridge, Keystone, Frisco areas.
Swan mountain road has some beginner, easy to set up topropes.

I hope that gives you a start.

This is the most up to date edition and there's free shipping off the website:
