WTB: Used copy of Gimme Kraft

Got a copy of Gimme Kraft?
Are you finished with it and want to recoup some of your cash?

I'm looking to pick up a copy, but not at the exorbitant price Amazon vendors want for it. Maybe we can work out a mutually beneficial arrangement. I'm willing to go $30 shipped.

As a side note, this is not for my personal training use, but to generate some programming ideas for the youth team we are coaching. (I don't take compensation for the coaching, so this is coming out of my own pocket).
