Patagooch Simul Alpine Pant

So last season (two seasons ago?) I was about to buy the Patagonia Simple Guide Pant for big wall/summer alpine shenanigans.

Has anyone used both the simple guide pant and the simul alpine? Am I going to roast like a turkey if I get the simul alpine? I can't find much info but have a 40% off code I'm hoping to use for the pants.

Thanks

They'd be great for both. They are a nice weight and I think you could wear them on all but the coldest and warmest days of the year (at least in the lower 48). My only complaint is the price (should be around 100 bucks) and some of the details. The new belt thing is a little gimmicky but seems to work so far. You might want a real belt with them though. Also not sure about the euro ankle cinches. Never really felt my hems were holding me back.

Over all though they are great pants and good buy at 40% off.

If it's not a one off, hook me up with code!

I have the simple guide and wear them constantly. In my opinion they have a nice slim profile, but still afford all the necessary flexibility. Sweet pair of pants.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
