people with their music at the crag

It is the responsibility of the yak-dick that introduces the potential annoyance be it music, drone, dog or weed to ensure that no one is bothered by it. They are the ones that need to take the time and talk to people in the area and make sure it's okay even if they were there first.

It 's bullshit that I should have to go ask someone to stop doing some obviously obnoxious shit. People are fucking clueless and it's getting old. Turn your shit off, put your phone away, get control of your dog or kid or whatever shit you're dealing with and grow the fuck up and show some respect and consideration for others and maybe even yourself.

Because the rifle was being fired over the heads of the drum circle.

I like to let my kid practice his music at the crag, I literally never hear any complaints

I always love the idea that violence is the answer, so would it be okay to knock someone out for excessive beta spray to their girlfriends? Children screaming? How about driving a car that only gets 10 MPG? Dogs barking? How about being offensively ugly, cheap, or religious? Inquiring minds want to know.

The only thing dumber than hippies intimidated by guns are people who try to use their guns to intimidate hippies.

Bring music to me bouldering area and you will be leaving with two broken arms.

Curveball: the crag is next to a busy road, and people bring speakers to drown out the traffic noise. Does that make the tuneage morally permissible?

Personally, I only bustout the speaker if I know everyone within earshot is OK with it. Otherwise I just whistle.

This one time this guy listened to music near me and I complained about it later on the internet to a group of similar minded snivelers. Then some of my flabby internet friends made up lies about what they would do in a similar situation when we know they would probably just complain about it on the internet too. But it sure was nice for them to commiserate. Sure am glad I only climb at the playground after all the kids go home where the only music is the sound of the sizzling burn my lats get on the monkey bars. The end.
