Asbestos is perfect for you. Unless the parking area is filled, or the ice is overrun with groups, or it's all hacked up from the heavy climber traffic. In which case you might want to check out the Katterskill Chasm area a mile or two down the road. It won't be hacked up, and you will probably get a kick out of the neat setting down there along the stream. I just added a photo to the description here on mp:

I'll probably end up top rope soloing ice if I don't find a partner on a smaller ice route somewhere.
