Epic traffic jam on Castleton Tower, North Chimney 5.9-.

After being rained out on my first attempt at the most iconic Souther Utah desert monolith, Castleton Tower, I returned 6 months later only to face new adversities...https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nGYXbONEU84 |

Defiantly one of the more popular routes on the tower, get up there early if you want to be first. |

Best of all? No time wasted on actual climbing! Looking forward to the next installment! |

You go to climb one of the easiest tower climbs in the desert that happens to be an Ultra classic in the middle of February an you're surprised there's a line up? I didn't (won't ) watch your video, but tell me people were dropping cams or gear was getting stuck...? |

I have a hard time understanding the need to Go Pro everything. Leave the fucking thing at home and go climbing! |
|
Jesus man. I wish I could get my 2 minutes back. Why would you even post this? |

North Chimney, Halloween 2014. AB and I were the only people on the route. Timing is everything. 60 degrees, and stellar! No video tho.. |

Whenever people complain about crowds at the crag or on specific routes, I always think of this quote. |
