Description Suggest change

There are 3 areas to the G-spot each with their own personalities. The lower wall is easier for the most part and has a simple approach. If you parked in the small lot you will be able to see your car from the wall. The Kagles and Locks wall is the dirtiest. and the routes at the upper wall are the longer and more challenging ones. What they have in common is that they are all pretty wet in the spring, they have historically had poor trail access (though this is always evolving) and there aren't any true classic climbs here. This is however a great place to escape the crowds. Really the cliff is just below the Kennel Wall and to the right of New Wave but there is no easy way to get here from there. It is possible and tempting to cut over from New Wave wall but if you do be very careful as a slip could have serious consequences.

So if you are looking for a new experience, take an adventure and see if you can tap in to the pleasure that is... The G-Spot...

Getting There Suggest change

The access trail (or lack thereof) has been the biggest reason this area has lingered in obscurity for years now. The new best way to get there is to start up from the small lot as if you are headed up to New Wave. Hike past the fist couple of monster boulders but when that trail takes a hard left continue on a well worn path in the direction you were heading. This past becomes less defined but is currently undergoing improvements. For right now look for orange tags on trees leading you to the Lower Wall. From here you can skirt the cliff to the right and up a little more to another lonely route, Kagles and Locks. The longer and harder Upper Wall can be accessed from Kagles and Locks by climbing up and left on a root covered ledge and following the path of least resistance across the hillside to a steep slope where you can see the rest of the climbs...
