Threw a tape measure on my Ceres II; they measure 3.5" tall, 2" wide, 1.25" gate clearance.

Yeah they are really too small. Bought one just to check it out and then returned. The nose is especially bad because it is a sharp hook.

biners! From Left: Camp Photon, Wildcountry Helium, Madrock something, Black Diamond Neutrino, Trango Phase, Elelrid Nineteen G

The trango phase is the same as the Cypher Cere II.

I use them now on my cams but as soon as the DMM "Chimeras" come out I will switch them all out. The DMM phantom just feels really nice.

I personally don't like CAMP Photons. In this day and age with skinny ropes they feel too big and actually harder to clip for me, who has gotten used to medium sized biners like the Neutrino. The Phantoms/Chimera looks and feels the same as a neutrino, maybe a hair smaller but definitely lighter.

So, I got the Phantoms in the mail today. They do feel small, but not too small. I set up a sling and tried clipping with them using a number of techniques and both a fat 10.5 and a skinny 9.2. The only issue, and it was not a big deal, was when I used the "snap" method of clipping with the fat rope. My middle finger kinda got in the way a little bit, but it never caused me to miss a clip. In short, I like these biners a lot. I am going to wait until the Chimera comes out, and at that time I will probably switch out the majority of my current BD Neutrino racking biners for the smaller DMMs.

I got to climb with a partner's Phantoms today, and absolutely hated them. They handle worse than BD Neutrinos. Something about that boxy design, I don't know... Or maybe the wiregate is slightly smaller than neutrinos.

I did a side by side comparison, and the gate is slightly smaller that Neutrinos.

Makes sense, I had a feeling. I have smallish hands, and I had a trouble with them. I imagine most men would find them difficult to handle.
Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
